DELIVERY INFORMATION
This service costs £3.95 per order. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern / Southern Ireland and Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £19.95 for orders of any value. We will charge you for the delivery only once for each order, so if we need to send the order in more than one consignment the delivery charge will remain £3.95.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order when items are in stock. You should allow up to ten working days for delivery. Due to our large inventory of products it is not always possible to have everything in stock and some of these products will be mailed directly to you from our manufacturers and distributors. We will endeavour to notify you of any possible delays that may occur. Upon receipt of your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation and an expected delivery date.
International costs?
Delivery costs on overseas orders vary according to the weight, destination and the volume of the parcel. We will email you with an exact price, once we receive your order. When you confirm that this price is acceptable we will despatch your parcel. If the cost is prohibitive, we will cancel your order for you.
Can I have goods sent to a different address?
If you pay by credit card we can only ship the goods to the address that the credit card is registered to. We can, however, ship goods to any address you choose if you pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Do we replace damaged or lost goods during transit?
Yes absolutely, please notify us immediately on receipt of any damaged goods and we will replace or refund the item.
